White & Case has announced that Fergus Saurin and Grace Zhu have joined its Hong Kong office as partners.

Fergus Saurin joins from Liu Patrick Ling & Co., Broadfield's Hong Kong alliance firm. He previously was a partner at Kirkland & Ellis, where he led Asia arbitration and co-led litigation. His practice focuses on cross-border litigation, international arbitration, and restructuring and insolvency.

Grace Zhu also joins from Liu Patrick Ling & Co. She previously was a partner at Kirkland & Ellis and focuses on cross-border investigations, regulatory enforcement, and complex commercial disputes.
