White & Case has announced that Parthiv Rishi has joined its Singapore office as a partner.

Parthiv Rishi has more than 21 years of experience in cross-border transactions, advising private equity firms, venture capital investors, financial sponsors and their portfolio companies.

Before joining White & Case, Parthiv Rishi was a partner in Sidley Austin’s Private Equity and M&A practice. Earlier in his career, Parthiv Rishi practiced in London, New York and Hong Kong and has extensive experience advising clients across Southeast Asia and India.
