Watson Farley & Williams (WFW) has announced that Xuan Jin has joined its Hong Kong office as a partner, further strengthening its finance and capital markets capabilities in Asia Pacific.

Xuan Jin has nearly 20 years of legal experience, focusing on debt capital markets and structured finance, including public and private credit, liability management, sustainable finance, sustainability-linked finance and Islamic finance.

Before joining WFW, Xuan Jin spent 10 years at White & Case, where he served as a Local Partner in both the Hong Kong and Singapore offices. Earlier in his career, Xuan Jin practiced at White & Case’s Dubai office and Clifford Chance.
