Rajah & Tann has announced that Scott Tan has joined its international arbitration practice as a partner.

Before joining Rajah & Tann, Scott Tan was with Singapore's Attorney-General's Chambers (AGC), where he served as Director of the International Disputes Practice Group within the International Affairs Division. Earlier, Scott Tan held several positions in Singapore's Legal Service, including Special Assistant to Chief Justice Sundaresh Menon, Assistant Registrar and District Judge.

Scott Tan’s arrival is part of Rajah & Tann’s continued efforts to strengthen its disputes practice. In November 2025, the firm recruited former AGC Deputy Director David Menon.
